Four - not Seven - is the most mind can cope with at one time

This re-analysis of the original research concludes that the most items that the mind can handle at one time is FOUR and NOT SEVEN as previously reported.

Four is the 'magic' number

COMMENT: this is an interesting idea, and embracing the conclusion may help with memory. Instead of chunking together 7 items at a time, our memory may work better by when we think of data in groups of 4 instead of groups of 7.
