Picking the Healthiest Bathroom Stall Based on Use Frequency

New research examined stall usage rates in public restrooms to identify the optimal choice for avoiding illness transmission. The study found end stalls were used most due to perceived privacy benefits. However, less frequented middle stalls likely have less traffic and thus potentially lower pathogen levels. For better hygiene, choosing a middle stall over a popular end stall may reduce disease risk by minimizing contact.
